Product Quality Initiatives
At Pokka Sapporo, we pursue quality in our products and services and make safety a priority. We strive to become a company that is trusted by customers, unified by our target of preventive quality assurance. In order to provide products and services that satisfy and establish the trust of our customers, we place great importance on the voices and opinions of our customers, share them within the Company, and use them to improve the quality of our products. In particular, we have established a system that evaluates and eliminates the risks inherent in the various processes of ingredients, product development, production and distribution in order to meet quality requirements and make further improvements.

Our provision of delicious tasting products is rooted in ingredient selection and technological development. At our laboratory, we focus thoroughly on the ingredients we use, develop our own independent technologies and production methods, and
apply them to our products.
We are, moreover, particularly focused on lemons, and have continued to carry out independent research into their health and culinary functions over an extended period of time.
At our factories, we promote reductions in CO2 emissions and 100 percent recycling in order to help preserve the global environment. In addition, the vast quantity of green bottles we deal with at our Company are “ecology bottles” that are made
using 90 percent recycled green glass cullet.
