POKKA SAPPORO FOOD & BEVERAGE

2013 Jan.: Pokka Corporation and Sapporo Beverage Company completed business integration, and commenced operations as POKKA SAPPORO FOOD & BEVERAGE LTD.
2014 Jan.: Five affiliated vending machine operators merged and commenced operations as PS Beverage Ltd.
2015 Oct.: Purchased trade rights to soymilk beverages and soymilk yoghurt from Toraku Foods Co., Ltd., and entered the soymilk business.
2019 Mar.: Started manufacturing soymilk yogurt products in Gunma Factory.
2019 Aug.: Started manufacturing cup soup products in Sendai Factory.

1957 Feb.: Established Nikka Lemon Co., Ltd. for the production and distribution of lemon beverages.
1966 Apr.: Changed corporate name to Pokka Lemon Co., Ltd.
1977 Jan.: Established Pokka Corporation (Singapore) Pte.Ltd.
1982 Mar.: Changed corporate name to Pokka Corporation.
1988 Apr.: Listed on First Sections of Tokyo Stock Exchange and Nagoya Stock Exchange.
1994 Oct.: Established Pokka Create Co., Ltd. to start managing coffee shops and restaurants.
2005 Dec.: Concluded a Management Buyout, and withdrew listing from stock exchange.
2009 Sep.: Formed a capital and business alliance with Sapporo Holdings Ltd.
2011 Mar.: Became subsidiary of Sapporo Holdings Ltd.

1957 Jan.: Japan Beer Brewery Ltd. established Kokusai Berverage Co., Ltd.
1966 May.: Changed corporate name to Canada Dry Tokyo Berverage Co., Ltd.
1973 Apr.: Changed corporate name to Tokyo Ribbon Berverage Co., Ltd.
1975 Jan.: Established Sapporo Ribbon Berverage Co., Ltd. in Hokkaido to market soft drinks.
1985 Jun.: Tokyo Ribbon Berverage and Sapporo Ribbon Berverage merged, and changed corporate name to Sapporo Beer’s Beverage Co., Ltd.
1993 Jan.: Established Sapporo Soft Drinks Co., Ltd.
1993 Aug.: Sapporo Soft Drinks absorbed Sapporo Beer’s Beverage, and changed corporate name to Sapporo Beer’s Beverage Co., Ltd.
2004 Jan.: Changed corporate name to Sapporo Beverage Company.
